What to Bring and Not Worry (About) for Your Holiday at Superpro Samui

Planning your training holiday at SuperPro Samui? Great choice, you’ll soon be training, relaxing, and enjoying one of the most beautiful islands in the world. To help you prepare, here’s a practical guide on what to bring with you, what’s available on site, and what you don’t need to stress about.

1. Sports Clothes & Training Gear

You’ll be sweating a lot, so bring enough light, breathable sports clothes. Think Muay Thai shorts, rashguards, training shirts, and swimwear.

  • If you forget something: No stress. We have a shop on site with Muay Thai shorts, gloves, wraps, and other gear. There are also plenty of sports shops on the island.

2. Boxing & Martial Arts Equipment

It’s always best to train with your own gloves, shin guards, and mouthguard. But if you don’t want to carry everything with you:

  • You can borrow equipment at the gym.
  • Or buy high-quality gear directly in our shop.

3. Toiletries & Personal Care

Bring your own soap, shampoo, and skincare products, especially if you have sensitive skin or specific brands you like. Of course, you can buy everything locally too, but having your own set makes it easy from day one.

4. Money & Payments

No need to carry big stacks of cash. Koh Samui has ATMs everywhere, and we accept credit cards and cash on site. Payments are simple and flexible.

5. Food & Drinks

We’ve got you covered: our SuperPro Café serves healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. You’ll find Thai food, international meals, and recovery shakes—all designed to fuel your training.

6. Laundry Service

Don’t pack your entire wardrobe. We have an affordable laundry service on site, so you can keep your gear fresh and light.

7. Transport on the Island

Want to explore? Three options:

  • Motorbike rental (available at SuperPro): The easiest and most flexible way to see the island. You can stop anywhere, park easily, and discover hidden beaches.
  • Taxi: Also available, but less flexible. Great if you don’t want to drive yourself.
  • Car Rental: You prefer to rent a car? No problem. Ask our reception for the possibilities.

8. Fitness Level

Worried you’re not fit enough? Don’t be. Our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’ve never thrown a punch, or you’re a pro fighter preparing for a match—we’ll make sure you get the training you need at your own pace.

9. Sun Protection

Thailand is sunny year-round. Don’t forget:

  • Sunscreen
  • Cap or hat
  • Sunglasses
This will help you recover better and avoid getting burned between sessions.

10. Travel Essentials

A few small but important things:

  • Reusable water bottle (stay hydrated!)
  • Flip-flops (for the beach and around the gym)
  • Travel adapter (Thailand uses 220V with two-prong plugs, similar to Europe).
  • Light rain jacket (occasional tropical showers).

Final Tip: Come with an Open Mind

The most important thing to bring? A positive attitude and the willingness to push yourself. At SuperPro Samui, you’ll train hard, make friends from all over the world, and experience a lifestyle that’s about more than fitness—it’s about transformation.

Ready to start your journey? Pack light, train hard, and let Koh Samui do the rest.
